Head of IT

Having gone through rapid growth and with 150 employee's, this key senior management role will lead the development of the IT strategy, budget and road-map to ensure the right investment and development of systems to match the continued growth of the organisation internationally. 

Duties will include:

• Ownership of the IT function working as part of the senior management team
• Development of a new IT strategy, road map and budget
• Management and development of the IT team
• Management of 3rd party suppliers for IT services
• Full responsibility for all areas of IT - Support, projects, infrastructure, data and security etc.

What we are looking for:

• Proven track record in IT with a growing business
• Ownership and management of the entire IT function
• Ability to present business cases and work with the board on developing a future proof IT strategy
• Ideally experience supporting a software/technology related business 
• Experience across a broad range of infrastructure and IT systems - Security experience essential
• Hands on approach with a willingness to get stuck in at ground level as well as working with the senior management team and board
• Happy to be on site 4 days a week to support the business
